Clean the sea bass and lessatelo in salt water with the onion, carrot, celery and lemon juice.
Then remove from the Pan and place it in a tray.
Meanwhile prepare sauce by cooking in a pan with curry oil and flour for a few minutes then add 1/2 liter of cooking fish sauce and simmer for another 10 minutes.
pour this sauce over the fish and serve.
