Clams in green sauce
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 1 kg of clams, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tablespoon flour, 1 spoonful of chopped parsley, 1 nut fish broth, ó of glass of white wine, olive oil, salt.
Let clams covered with water for a few hours, so they lose all the sand.
In a saucepan, fry the onion and the clove of garlic chopped, in a little oil; Add the chopped parsley and sauté for 1 minute.
Add the clams, sprinkle with flour, add chopped nut and a pinch of salt and add the wine.
Cook with the lid until the shells have opened, moving the saucepan occasionally.
