Bruschetta with rocket and stracchino
Instructions
Fairies bruscare bread and season with salt and olive oil.
Spread stracchino on slices of bread still warm and sprinkle the rocket leaves washed, dried and seasoned with salt and oil.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of wholemeal bread
- 200 g of stracchino cheese
- 2 handfuls of wild rocket leaves
- Salt
- Olive oil
