2_06109 STUFFED ROULADES INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 4 fillets of veal, 4 slices of prosciutto crudo, 4 slices of gruyere cheese, 2 slices of bacon, 2 cloves of garlic, a tablespoon of pine nuts, a tablespoon of parsley, one tablespoon of Cornstarch, nut, 2 tablespoons of grated cheese, a glass of white wine, olive oil, salt.
Lay the fillets of veal and lay on top of each ham slices.
Chop the peeled garlic with Bacon and pine nuts, add the grated cheese and stir the ingredients.
Spread the mixture over the meat and roll up each slice to form a roulade, secure it with a toothpick.
In a saucepan heat a little oil and Brown the Roulades on all sides.
Add the white wine, the nut and the cornstarch diluted in a glass of cold water.
Continue cooking until the meat is tender, voltandola every now and then.
