06195 MEATBALLS with PRAWNS INGREDIENTS 500 g PEOPLE 4 chicken (breast), chopped 50 g ham, 100 g of shrimp, 30 g of toasted almonds, 1 onion, 1 egg, 2 ripe tomatoes, broth, a cup of cognac, bread crumbs, 1 garlic clove, 1 tablespoon of grated chocolate, a sprig of parsley, flour, extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper. CASE mix the chicken with chopped prosciutto, breadcrumbs soaked in milk and squeezed, the egg, a pinch of chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Make meatballs, put them in flour and FRY in hot oil. Fiammeggiatele with cognac and keep them aside. Saute chopped onion in oil, add the tomatoes well crushed and cook for 20 minutes. When the sauce is cooked, add the shrimp and half a cup of broth. Grind garlic, bread and toasted almonds, add the chocolate, the parsley and a spoonful of flour, put all the sauce and the meatballs. Cook for 20 minutes. You can accompany with white rice.
