06628 MUSTARD PORK TENDERLOIN 4 PERSONS INGREDIENTS A pork tenderloin, 8 slices of smoked bacon, a pack of cream, 4 tablespoons mustard, butter. PROCEDURE Preheat oven to 180° Coat the meat with two tablespoons of mustard, wrap it in slices of bacon and place in a buttered baking dish. Bake in hot oven for about 20 minutes. Then remove from the oven, gently separate the bacon from the flesh. Now cut the meat into thin slices and arrange on the plate. Cooking Sauce add two tablespoons of mustard, Bacon cut into strips and the cream and cook over low heat for a few minutes, stirring well. Pour the hot sauce over the meat. Serve.
