Pork chops in sauce
Instructions
PORK CUTLET 06792 IN SAUCE INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 pork chops, 30 g butter, salt, pepper, 2 dl of dry white wine, 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 2 teaspoons strong mustard.
For the crepes: 500 g potatoes, 1/2 dl milk, 3 tablespoons flour, 3 eggs, 100 g of fresh cream, butter to grease.
Cook the chops in a pan with hot butter, for 4-5 minutes per side; then add salt.
Remove from the Pan and degreased it with white wine, then you reduce.
Add the tomato paste and mustard, mix and put the chops in this sauce.
Served with crepes, which you now: Cook the potatoes, peeled and cut into small pieces, in a pot of salted water.
Reduce them in mashed potatoes and add the milk, flour and eggs; Add the cream and mix well.
Check out the spoonfuls of batter and fry them in a pan where, previously, the melted butter.
Let them cook for a few seconds on both sides with a spatula rivoltandole.
Keep them warm in the oven until ready to serve.
