Pork chops To agro
Instructions
Browned the chops in a large frying pan with butter for about 10 minutes per side over medium heat.
Add salt halfway through the cooking, then remove meat and keep warm.
Thrown into the pan the gherkins, drained and sliced, scallions and sliced peppers.
Cook for about 2 or 3 minutes, stirring with a spoon.
Add the cream, emulsified with mustard and diluted with 5 cl of water.
Pepper, stir and put the meat in the pan.
Let stand for 2 minutes and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 pork chops
- 30 g of butter
- 100 g of pickles
- 2 foot of yellow pepper in vinegar
- 100 g of pickled onions
- 10 cl of cooking cream
- 1 teaspoon of strong mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
