Mixed vegetables with oregano
Instructions
Bring to a boil a liter of water, adding salt with coarse salt. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into cubes of about 2.5 cm. and boil in boiling water 15 minutes; drain, sauté in cold water, drain again and dry well with paper towels.
Delete the core peppers, cut them into four parts, remove seeds and filaments; wash them, dry them, divide them into pieces of approximately 2.5 cm; clean the celery, wash it, split it into chunks of approximately 1.5 cm.
Peel the onion, rinse it, dry it, cut it into thin slices; wash, dry oregano, cut the bread into cubes of about 1.5 cm.
Heat oil in a pan, without smoking it, insaporitevi the garlic unpeeled but then take it out.
Add the onion, gilds it a minute, add the peppers, potatoes and celery, add salt.
Cook the vegetables over medium heat 10 minutes, mixing them often and gently with wooden spoon; drain with slotted spoon, place in Salad Bowl.
