Tomatoes stuffed with cheese
Instructions
TOMATOES STUFFED with CHEESE and 05500 INGREDIENTS 6 large tomatoes 6 PEOPLE, 100 g cheese, 50 g of crackers, 140 g of mascarpone gorgonzola, 1 egg, salt.
PROCEDURE Empty the tomatoes, sprinkle the pretzels and store them upside down to drain.
Crushed crackers, add ricotta, gorgonzola, salt and lastly the snow mounted albumen.
Fill the tomatoes with the mixture and place in oven at 180° for about 20 minutes.
Served warm or cold tomatoes.
