05733 ARTICHOKES SAUTÉED INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 artichokes, 50 g of butter, olive oil, a handful of parsley, the juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 garlic clove, salt.
Wash the artichokes, remove the stems and leaves that are the toughest.
