Instructions

05733 ARTICHOKES SAUTÉED INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 4 artichokes, 50 g of butter, olive oil, a handful of parsley, the juice of 1/2 lemon, 1 garlic clove, salt.

Wash the artichokes, remove the stems and leaves that are the toughest.

Cut each into four parts, place them in a dish and pour over the lemon juice.

Clean the parsley, wash it and, along with the garlic, finely tritatelo.
