Artichokes sautéed
Instructions
Clean the artichokes by removing the hard leaves and Woody parts, cut them in half and leave them for about 20 minutes in water and lemon.
Next, rinse under running water with much care by opening with your fingers the narrower leaves and let them drain for a while.
Meanwhile, in a pan, heat oil and Brown garlic and chopped artichokes, sliced thinner.
Then, pour in a pan, season and sauté them high flame for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Shortly thereafter, remove them from heat and spolverizzateli with the chopped parsley.
Let cool and serve as a side dish.

- 1000 g of artichokes
- 2 large cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Chopped parsley
- Salt
