Curried vegetables 2
Instructions
05177 5177 CURRIED VEGETABLES ingredients: 2 leeks; 1 carrot; 1 cabbage leaf; 1 natural yoghurt; 1 lemon; curry powder, salt.
Mix the yogurt with the lemon juice, a pinch of curry powder and salt.
Cut the leeks and carrots into sticks or slices, cabbage into thin slices and cook in salted water as needed.
Drain slightly and add the sauce, stirring well.
Serve the vegetables.
