Instructions

05020 EGGPLANT MORSELS ingredients: Eggplant, 5 2 ripe tomatoes, 100 g Gruyere cheese or cheese slices, basil, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Large discs cut the eggplant, put them in salt for 30 minutes, put them under cold water, drain and dry them well.

Cook grilled, then place them in a baking dish from the oven.

Place on top of each slice of tomato seasoned with salt, chopped basil, sprayed with oil and finish off with a slice of cheese.

Sprinkle with pepper.

Place the baking dish in the oven and cook until the cheese is melted.

Serve immediately.
