2 dumplings
Instructions
Place the softened butter in a bowl and knock it with a wooden spoon. Add the shredded bread crumbs, flour, milk, eggs, parsley, salt and a pinch of nutmeg. Mix well all the ingredients, then prepare dumplings: i.e. you make with the mixture of bullets 6/7 cm in diameter and boil in salted boiling water, cook them for 15 minutes.
Before cooking make sure that their texture is perfect and therefore prepared a canederlo and throw it into the boiling water, if it is too soft to the flour mixture, if too hard to soften it with milk. Use as a soup (boiled in water or broth) by placing them in the tureen where already will have been place the broth, or use dry (always boiled in water or broth) with the Hausplatte or goulash.

- 150 g butter
- 120 g white flour
- 5 eggs
