Asparagus with shrimp
Instructions
05004 ASPARAGUS with PRAWNS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g asparagus, 200 g of prawns, 1 onion, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 tablespoon paprika, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1/2 cup of dry white wine, 1/2 cup of fish soup.
Clean the asparagus and cook them in salted water.
Fry the garlic and chopped onion in a little oil when it's embedded Golden paprika, vinegar and peeled shrimps.
Simmer a few minutes, add the asparagus pieces, wine, fish broth, Cook for 10 minutes.
Add salt if needed;
