Trout soup
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 250 g salmon trout fillets and smoked salmon, 1 l of fish broth, 300 g potato, 50 g onions, 200 g cooking cream, 20 g butter, parsley, salt and pepper.
Cut into pieces the trout fillets.
Clean the potatoes, spelatele and cut them into cubes.
Coarsely chop the onion.
In a saucepan, put the stock and potatoes and cook over medium heat for about 15 minutes.
Add the fish pieces and cook for another 10 minutes.
When cooked, add the cream, chopped parsley, salt, pepper and butter.
Serve very hot.
