Instructions

2_03509 PENNE with BASIL and SOLE INGREDIENTS for 6 PERSONS 480 g mezze penne, basil leaves, a glass of extra virgin olive oil, 300 g of sole fillets into pieces, 2 tablespoons diced tomatoes with the skin.

Bring to a boil a pot with boiling salted water and scalded a handful of basil leaves.

Drain, raffreddatele with the Jet of cold water, drain again, and strizzatele blend with oil.

Bring to a boil 5 litres of salted water and lessatevi the dough for the time indicated on the package.

Almost at the end of cooking add the pieces of sole.

Drain and place in a? Salad Bowl, sprinkled with Basil oil and diced tomato.
