Instructions

WONTON RAVIOLI with 2_03496 dates and SPICES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 16 wonton pasta sheets, 2 egg whites, oil for frying.

For the filling: 250 g of ripe dates, pitted 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, a pinch of cinnamon, a pinch of powdered ginger, a small clove powder, 1/2 teaspoon ' quatre-épices, a tablespoon of orange flower water, oil for frying.

For the sauce: 50 g of honey, 50 g butter, a tablespoon of orange flower water.

Coarsely chopped dates.

Place in mixing bowl of a food processor with the sesame seeds, spices, orange flower water and blend everything until a smooth puree and homogeneous.

Pour the oil for frying into saucepan and cook at 180° c melt the honey with butter and orange flower water 5 minutes fresh focus.

Lay wonton pastry sheets on a damp kitchen towel, spread the prepared filling previously at the Center, but the same time at the bottom of each sheet of pasta.

With a brush, brush the edges of the sheets of pasta with the egg whites slightly beaten.

Close the ravioli by overlapping the upper part on the lower one, doing well to adhere the edges.

FRY, in small groups, in the hot oil.

Drain them with a skimmer and place on a plate covered with paper towels.

After firing all the ravioli, place on a serving dish and nappateli with warm honey sauce.

Serve immediately.
