Spaghetti with shrimp and mushrooms champignons

2_03395 SPAGHETTI with PRAWNS and mushrooms INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 8 mushrooms, dehydrated shrimp pink 18, 150 g soy gernogli, 300 g spaghetti, 2 carrots, 2 onions, 4 tablespoons olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of sauce nuoc-mam, a handful of coriander leaves.
Place the mushrooms in a bowl filled with warm water and let them soften.
Drain them, carefully strizzateli and mince.
Clean the prawns, remove shells and chop them coarsely.
Wash and drain thoroughly the bean sprouts.
Bring to a boil salted water and bake the spaghetti.
Drain them al dente.
Wash the carrots, carrots, peeled and cut into thin slices.
Peel and chop the onions.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok or saucepan, heat the onions.
Aggiiungete carrots, bean sprouts and garlic.
Continue cooking 5 minutes over high heat, stirring until the vegetables are very tender.
Keep then aside to warm.
Always in the wok, sauté 5 minutes in remaining oil well drained spaghetti with chopped mushrooms and prawns.
Sprayed with the sauce nuoc-mam, incorporate vegetables kept aside and finish the cooking in 2/3 minutes on moderate heat.
Place then into individual bowls, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
