Instructions

TASTY INGREDIENTS for BUCATINI 2_03191 4 PEOPLE 160 g of bucatini, 200 g of fresh mushrooms, 8 teaspoons of margarine, 4 teaspoons brandy 4 teaspoons grated Parmesan, a little glass of milk, salt, pepper, soup.

Clean and slice fresh mushrooms, sauté them with 4 teaspoons of margarine, spray them with brandy and, when evaporated, add 1/2 ladle of broth and let Cook slowly for about 25 minutes.

Cook the bucatini into salted water and, just before their cooking in a pan, prepare a cream with the remaining margarine, parmesan cheese and milk.

Add the mushrooms, salt, and pepper, stirring, pureeing the mixture.

Add drained al dente bucatini, rimestateli gently for a few minutes until thickened sauce has covered them completely.

Serve immediately.
