Summer spaghetti with cherry tomatoes

2_03267 SPAGHETTI with SUMMER TOMATOES INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 g spaghetti, 500 g tomatoes in Puglia, 2/3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 2 cloves of garlic, an onion, a pinch of oregano, a pinch of fennel seeds, pepper.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them in two.
Chop the onion finely and crush the garlic.
In a pan, fry the onion and garlic, add the tomatoes, red pepper, oregano and fennel seeds: Cook to vivacious fire until the tomatoes are soft.
Keep aside.
Meanwhile, Cook the spaghetti.
When cooked, drain, add other ingredients and you blast for a few minutes.
Serve.
