SPAGHETTI with ANCHOVIES 03884 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 90 g of extra virgin olive oil, anchovies 4 (or 8 threads), 2 cloves of garlic 1 handful of parsley, washed away, 1 small red chilli.
De-boned salt and anchovies and keep them aside.
Chop the parsley, garlic and chilli.
Together the chopped, add the olive oil, anchovies and FRY for 4 minutes.
Pour this delicious sauce over drained spaghetti and serve.
