Instructions

03860 LINGUINE with ASPARAGUS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 300 g thin asparagus tips already clean, 50 g of diced cooked ham, 50 g of butter, 20 g olive oil, 100 g of grated Parmesan cheese, salt.

Boil in a saucepan with lightly salted water the asparagus for about 12 minutes.

Meanwhile, FRY in a pan with the oil and the butter cubes of ham.

Drain the asparagus tips, cut into 3 cm pieces and add the ham.

Continue cooking for another 10 minutes.

High boiled In a saucepan with salted water linguine; drain and season the sauce with asparagus, adding the grated Parmesan.

Serve.
