03284 SPAGHETTI CARBONARA INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 400 g of spaghetti; 100 g of bacon; 3 eggs; two tablespoons of grated Parmesan; two tablespoons of grated pecorino cheese; olive oil or butter; garlic; salt and black pepper.
Dice the Bacon (ridding it from the rind) and FRY in a large frying pan greased with butter or oil; Add a clove of crushed garlic and lift it when will be well browned.
Breaking the three whole eggs in a bowl and beat well.
Place over heat a pot with salted water and when it will lift the boil boil the spaghetti.
A little al dente drain and pour into the Pan where there is Bacon, stir, remove the Pan from the heat, add the beaten eggs, a pizzicone of black pepper, a tablespoon of parmesan and pecorino.
Mix, so that the eggs are turned into a yellow cream fluid.
Add the remaining cheese, stir and serve in hot dishes.
