Instructions
01440 CROWN of peppers and aubergines INGREDIENTS 4 PEOPLE 3 eggplants, red peppers, 3 3 eggs, 1 box of cream, 1 lemon, herbs, olive oil, salt and pepper.

Cook in the oven, Bain-Marie, for about 20-25 minutes.
Put the Crown on a round serving dish and sprinkle with a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice and chopped herbs.
