Crab flan
Instructions
INGREDIENTS 4 PERSONS 1 pack of sea crab sticks, 3 eggs, 100 ml.
cream, 6 tablespoons of tomato sauce, butter, salt, pepper.
Chopped sticks PROCEDURE and mix them with beaten eggs, cream and tomato sauce; season with salt and pepper.
Pour everything into a mold with butter and cook in the oven, Bain-Marie, just enough for it to be lifted (from 35 to 40 minutes).
Drafted and served cold with mayonnaise or pink sauce.
