01055 BEAN FLAN INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 400 g of frozen beans; 4 eggs; 2 tablespoons cream; 1 onion; oil; butter; salt and white pepper; In a golden pan in a little oil, chopped onion, cover with water and add the beans.
Cook for 20 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, then blend the beans with cream and egg yolks.
Incorporate the egg whites and pour everything into a mold by Crown, previously greased with butter.
Cook in the oven, Bain-Marie, at medium temperature for 40 minutes.
Serve the pudding with bechamel sauce.
