Instructions

INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 500 grams of tuna (sliced); 25 g butter; 1 lemon; 6 beef stew or cheese; 1 package of flaked patète; 2 egg yolks; chopped parsley; grated cheese; nutmeg; oil; salt and pepper; Sprinkle the slices of tuna with the oil, salt them and spolveratele with parsley.

Saute for a few minutes on both sides and keep aside.

Prepare the mashed potatoes with half a liter of water, butter and a tablespoon of salt.

Add the chopped tuna, cheese, egg yolks and lemon juice, mix the dough well to obtain a smooth cream, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Grease with oil a mold spolveratelo with breadcrumbs, pour the mixture and refrigerate for 2 or 3 hours.

When it's time to serve the tuna pudding mould upside down on a plate.
