Cook for 10 minutes and then add the minced meat; mix well and pour the white wine.
Let it evaporate and add the tomato sauce, add salt and pepper.
For lettuce: cut the onion into rings and Brown it in a tablespoon of oil.
Add lettuce, washed well and cut into strips, add salt and pepper and cook for a few minutes.
In a round mould make a layer of lettuce, a second layer of cheese slices, a third layer with meat and cover with the remaining cheese slices.
