Cod flan
Instructions
INGREDIENTS for 4 people: 1 slice of cod, 2 tablespoons milk, 1 egg, 3 lettuce leaves, salt and pepper.
For the sauce: 1/2 plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon ketchup 1 tablespoon orange juice.
Clean the cod removing skin and the thorns, frullatelo with milk and egg with enough to get a fine puree, season with salt and pepper.
Scalded the lettuce leaves, put them under cold water and drain well.
A mould lined with lettuce ran out from the edges.
Fill it with preparation and cover with lettuce.
Cook in the oven in a Bain-Marie, for 10 minutes.
Drafted and serve with the sauce.
Salsa: mix all ingredients together and add salt slightly.
