Instructions

Incorporate the egg in a bowl with a little milk, a little beer, salt, flour and let stand for 1 hour.

Mince shallots, chives, garlic and parsley.

Join seafood boiled in milk for about 10 minutes and crumbled, salt, pepper and pour in the batter, mixing well.

FRY in hot oil and serve hot with lemon slices.
