Boats with hard boiled eggs

00430 BOATS with EGGS INGREDIENTS for 6 PERSONS 400 g of pasta BRISA 120 g cheese, 50 g soft butter, 5 eggs, 3 tablespoons full of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1 tablespoon fine chopped parsley, anchovy paste, fresh seasonal salad.
Take the pasta BRISA keep in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and lined stencils in the shape of a boat (oval type) previously buttered.
Stamped on the bottom of the dough and cook in the oven at 170° c for about 15 minutes.
Let them cool, sformateli and place them on a serving dish.
Cut in half 2 hard-boiled eggs, remove the yolks and put them in a bowl with mayonnaise, mustard, ricotta and parsley, mixing well.
