Avocado stuffed with crab
Instructions
AVOCADO STUFFED with CRAB 00111 INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 large avocados, 1 tin of crab meat, 6 tablespoons mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of cognac, 2 tablespoons cream, 1 lemon, 1 orange, half a tablespoon of mustard, lettuce.
Divide Avocados in half off, take away of the bone and spray them with lemon juice.
Mix mayonnaise with mustard, ketchup, cognac, cream and the juice of an orange.
Drain the crabmeat, sminuzzatela and combine the sliced lettuce, a pink sauce spoon and fill the avocado.
Serve cold over a lettuce leaf and the rest of the sauce separately.
