Avocado stuffed with lobster
Instructions
Cut Avocados in half lengthwise and remove the core.
Rub the flesh with half a lemon so that no black.
Grate the peel of half a lemon and add remaining mayonnaise, stirring well.
Drain the liquid from the pulp of lobster, spezzettatela and add mayonnaise.
Slightly pepper the mixture and divide it into containers of avocado.
Leave the avocado in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
