Instructions

00283 MELON CUPS with CREAM INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE A melon, ripe red tomatoes, 3 100 g of salted sardines, a lemon.

Cut the melon in half and remove the pulp with a spoon or with an ice cream scoop to form balls.

Cut the tomatoes into slices, being careful to free them from seeds, and chopped sardines that have taken away the salt and fish bones.

Mix the ingredients, squeeze lemon juice, flavored well.

Garnished with salad leaves the melon, fill cups of various ingredients mixed and lay over the melon balls and dressed with sour cream or plain yogurt.
