Melon with shrimp

00038 MELON with SHRIMP INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 2 Mai, shrimp, 12 4 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, a few tablespoons of olive oil, 1/2 glass of cognac.
Cut the melons in half widthwise and remove their seeds; cut the flesh into small balls with a special scooper, stored in the refrigerator.
Fry shrimp in oil, fiammeggiate at the end of cooking with Cognac, remove from heat, remove their shells and cut them into small pieces.
Frying oil mixed with mayonnaise and ketchup; with this sauce flavoured with melon balls and prawns, mixing well.
Let it sit in the fridge for about an hour, then fill the bowls of melon and serve in individual dishes.
