Instructions

00335 RICOTTA BLINIS INGREDIENTS for 4 PEOPLE 3 eggs, 220 g of fresh ricotta, 15 g grated Parmesan or pecorino cheese, 2 tablespoons of flour, 50 g butter, Sage leaves and some strands of chives, salt and pepper.
