Remove the stems and tough outer leaves from broccoli; wash them carefully and then Blanch them for a few minutes in salted water.
Now fry the chopped garlic cloves and red pepper in a large pan with the oil and as soon as the garlic is golden, add the broccoli squeezed.
Let them jump on lively flame for about 15 minutes, stirring often and then turn and serve.
