Muffin with yoghurt and apples
Instructions
Work the flour with sugar, baking powder and yoghurt.
Pour mixture into buttered moulds and cook it in the oven for 10 minutes at 190 degrees.
Meanwhile cut the apples into thin slices and cook them in a pan with brown sugar, porto and fresh mint leaves.
Serve alongside the muffin.

- 2 apples
- 100 g of yoghurt
- 300 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 sachet of yeast
- Fresh mint
- 100 G = = Cane
- Porto wine
