South tyrolean wine soup
Instructions
Mix wine and broth, bring to a boil.
Add the cream, stirring, to boil and after 30 seconds add the Parmesan.
To keep the cheese on the bottom deposits beat the soup with a fork.
Served with toasted bread aside.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 75 cl of meat broth
- 70 cl of sparkling wine pinot bianco
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 40 g of parmigiano
- Croutons fried in butter
