Cheese Soup (Zuppa di Formaggio)
Instructions
Grate half the cheese and cut the remaining slices.
Toast in the oven, place bread slices on each slice of cheese and bake for a few minutes and place on individual plates.
Bring to a boil the stock, add the sherry, pour in the plates, sprinkle with the grated cheese and pepper and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of sandwich bread
- 200 g of emmenthal cheese
- 100 cl of broth
- 1 dram of sherry
- Pepper
