Instructions

Fry the meat in a steel pot.

Remove meat, add 2 large sliced onions, half a green pepper, 3 crushed cloves of garlic, 1 bay leaf, 2 and a half boxes of tomatoes.

Put the meat and cook on a low flame for about 4 hours.

Serve with potato pancakes and peas with onions.
