Soup of casale to aromas
Instructions
To dry the sauce with a few tablespoons of oil, then add the frozen again, soup mix for a few minutes and join 75 cl of stock.
Bake for about 50 minutes.
A few minutes before turning off the fire combine the chopped aromatic.
Serve the soup with Parmesan.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 pack of zuppa del casale findus
- 2 tablespoons of fried findus
- 1/2 tablespoon of finely chopped sage
- 1/2 tablespoon of finely chopped rosemary
- Olive oil
- 75 cl of broth
- 2 tablespoons of parmigiano
