Scrape the carrots, Peel the celeriac, Peel the onion and sauté with oil.
Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes and cook for a quarter of an hour in a quart and a half of salt, then add the sauce, cauliflower broken into florets (which you first washed in water and vinegar), pepper and bay leaf.
Cook on low heat.
Before serving add the sour cream and Sprinkle chopped dill.
