Vol-au-vent with peas Fantasy
Instructions
Prepare vol-au-vent with puff pastry and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
Make a cream cheese, slowly melting fontina and taleggio on the fire in two tablespoons of milk.
Cook the peas with a knob of butter, then add the cream cheese and with this stuffing stuffed the vol-au-vent.
Serve lukewarm.
