Instructions

Eviscerating the branzino, squamarlo, remove all fins, wash it.

In an ovenproof plate put on the bottom a few handful of coarse salt, place the sea bass and cover it completely with coarse salt.

Bake in the oven already warm to a gradation of 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Remove the superfluous salt and serve.
