Cream of broccoli vermicelli
Instructions
Clean the broccoli, split the tops and rinse.
Put them to bake for 15 minutes in boiling water, add salt, then drain them and pass them to the Mashers.
Meanwhile, Cook pasta.
Heat 1/2 glass poor with olive oil 1 clove garlic crushed, add broccoli's past and let stand for 10 minutes.
Add the grated pecorino cheese and continue to mix by lowering the flame to a minimum.
Drain the vermicelli noodles al dente, pour into the saucepan with the sauce, then add a bit of pepper and mix well.

- 400 g of vermicelli type noodles
- 500 g of broccoli
