Celery cheese trays
Instructions
Wash the celery sticks depriving them of leaves and filaments; cut them into 2 resulting in pieces of ' boats '.
In a bowl put the gorgonzola and Walnut cheese sliced, crumbled egg yolks, parmesan, paprika and chopped parsley.
Mix well, adding milk a little at a time, until a soft dough with which farcirete celery.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 12 ribs of white celery
- 200 g of sweet gorgonzola cheese
- 100 g of cheese with walnuts
- 2 hard-boiled egg yolks
- 10 cl of milk
- 2 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- 1 pinch of paprika
- 1 sprig of parsley
