Pickled grapes
Instructions
Dissolve the sugar and wine in soft focus in a saucepan.
Then let it cool down.
Peel the ginger and cut the flesh into slices.
Halve the star anise and cardamom seeds for draw the pulp.
Wash grapes well under running water and, with a pair of scissors, split the bunch into small groups from 4-5 berries.
Store in a glass jar, add the sugar and the wine loosed previously.
Pour the alcohol, sliced ginger, star anise and cardamom seeds cut in half.
Close the jar and shake gently.
Keep it in the pantry for at least 40 days before you consume it.

- 10 cl of to ethyl alcohol 90 degrees
- 8 cl of sweet white wine
- 20 g of ginger
- 2 star anise
- 1 teaspoon of cardamom seeds
